Virtual Doula Support

You can still experience all the benefits of having a doula without me being in your birth space when the time comes. You will receive all the support that I give to my birth clients except that I do not attend the birth in person.

I will support you every step of the way via Zoom calls, telephone calls, WhatsApp and voice notes to provide you with information, emotional support and to make sure that you feel prepared, calm, confident and ready to meet your baby!

I will be available from the moment you invite me to be your doula.

As a minimum, we will have an initial Zoom call to meet and get to know one another, followed by 2 x 2 hour antenatal sessions to explore the issues that are important to you. We will have a 2 hour birth preferences session to help you prepare your birth plan and feel empowered and ready to navigate your birth whatever path it takes. After you have had your baby, we will meet again via Zoom (or in person if distance is not an issue) so that I can meet your little one and hear how it all went. I am available to you until your baby is around 6 weeks old for any ongoing questions during the first few weeks that you are home. You can contact me at any time with any questions or concerns that come up - consider me your 'phone a friend'!

My Virtual Doula package costs £750 and the sooner you book, the more support you get!
