Essential Birth Support Package

All the essentials that you need to prepare for a Calm & Mighty birth. Recommended for those who may have some knowledge already and an existing support network to help support them antenatally and postnatally.

• I will be available for you to contact me for support via phone, message and/or email from the moment you invite me to become your doula.

• Minimum 2 x 2-hour tailored antenatal sessions to prepare for a Calm & Mighty birth

• 1 x 2-hour Birth Planning (Birth Preferences) session

• Support during labour, birth & golden hour(s) following birth. I will come whenever you want me and stay until you are settled, and baby has had their first feed

• 1-hour postnatal visit within 2 weeks of birth to meet again and reflect on your birth

I will be available for you to contact me for support via phone, message and email postnatally until your baby is around 6 weeks old.
